API Code Compliance
All design calculations, shell plate thicknesses, and roof structures conform strictly to API 650, API 620, and AWWA standards.
Shop Prefabrication
Tank shell plates, bottom plates, roof trusses, and support columns are cut, rolled, and pre-prepped in our Alexandria workshop.
Certified Weld Procedures
Plate welding is completed using qualified ASME Section IX Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS) by certified tank welders.
Rigging & Shell Erection
Experienced rigging teams manage safe heavy lift plans for tank shell rings, wind girders, and conical/dome roofs.
NDT Testing & QA/QC
We perform full radiographic checks of welds, vacuum box testing of bottom lap welds, and final hydrotesting before commission handover.
Associated Piping & E/M
We integrate intake and outlet manifolds, level transmittors, fuel pumping skids, and electrical wiring into the completed tank battery.
